It’s a repeat of the earlier championship in the overall championship at Brecon, with Messrs Price from Swansea taking the top spot. This one came through as winner of the first class of lightweight heifers and is by the Haltcliffe Ullswater son Glangwden Arnie.
Taking the reserve overall and reserve heifer championship was the winner of the second class of heifers, Black Mist, a Limousin x British Blue from J M and A M Lewis, Carmarthenshire.
Now that judging has completed I’d say there will be a quick break and the selling will start straight away as it’s a good hour and a half behind!
