Edward Penty’s April 2010-born Vantastic son, Edwards Franklin has taken the male championship here at Newark Limousin sale this morning. This one is out of Camomile, an Omer daughter.
Standing reserve under judge Frank Buckley, Co Cork, was Coachhouse Fable from Messrs Heald. This is an Augues 2010-born Coachhouse Virgil son out of Coachhouse Ulyssa, a Goldies Necho daughter.
In the day’s first class the winner was Uskadar son Bailea Esmor from Brian and Matthew Jones, then in second was Greenwell Eros from R Platts, a Vagabond son and in third was a Salomon son, Bailea Emslies from the Jones family.
The second classs was won by the overall champion, with Coachhouse Fletcher, a Coachhouse Bingo son in second and Edwards Friar, a Veteran son in third.
Taking the top spot in class three was Brockhurst Festival from Doug Mash. He’s a Brockhurst Columbus son. Second place here went to Bailea Freelance, a Salomon son and in third was Mayfields Ferrari, a Tehix son from Andrew Clark.
The fourth class of the day was won by the reserve champion, with Coachhouse Forrester, an Overthwaite Crackerjack son in second and Bailea Footy, a Veteran son in third place.
Top honours in the fifth class were taken by Cresswell Fonslo, a Vantastic son from a Sayer. Second place went to Cowin Flash, a Ulys son from the James family and third was Bailea Frisbee, an Overthwaite Crackerjack son.
The last of the bull classes was won by Richard Bartle with Barts Freestyle, a Clydevalley Arty son. Second in this class went to Cowin Fflam, a Univers son and in third was Scorboro Franko from Jim Bloom, he’s an Ionesco son.
