Leading the way in the interbreed beef pairs this morning under judge Willie McLaren Snr was the Aberdeen-Angus pair consisting of the March 2008-born senior bull Wedderlie Posse from Rae Grieve and the April 2008-born Drumdow Pure Pridella H567 from Messrs W and E I Brown.
Standing reserve to them was the Beef Shorthorn pair consisting of the March 2007-born senior bull Dacre Rock Star from John Wood and James Porter’s champion cow Gipsy Rascal.
