Well it’s a bit of a strange day today judging on concrete in the sunshine and with no crowds of public about, but spirits are still high despite the conditions and on winning form in the junior beef interbreed championship this morning was Iain Nimmo with his January 2011-born Limousin heifer Maraiscote Gucci. This one is by Goldies Comet and is out of the Virginia Andy daughter Maraiscote Davina.
Standing reserve was the British Blue junior champion Solway View Foxy Lady from Kevin Watret. This ET-bred heifer is by Colos Van Diesel and is out of the Tamhorn Sumo-sired female Springfield Carissa.
