Texel gimmers have sold to a new high of 5100gns this evening for an Allanfauld Rockafella daughter from Steve Richardson and family. This one, RSS1100093 (lot 76) is out of a dam by Rascarrel Nightlife and was subject to an intense bidding battle between the Alford family and William McCaffrey, with the Alfords coming out on top.
Selling at 1500gns was another Rockafella daughter, this time from Jennifer Lodge (lot 82). This one, LSH1100104, is out of a dam by Haddo Neptune.
A few lots earlier at 2100gns was a gimmer from David Chambers, CT01100170. This one, is by Glenside Royal Scot and out of a dam by Claybury Nimrod. She sold to Esmor Evans.
And before that Gordon Gray sold a pair at 1050gns. These were both by Knock Reebok and were GGH1101125 and GGH1101081 and out of dams by Teiglum Nevada and Castlecairn Kung Foo Fighter, respectively.
David Gray then sold one at 1000gns, with this being GCT1101283, a Claybury Rider daughter out of a dam by Teilo Mathonwy.
