Trade topper so far in Thainstone is the day’s overall champion Black Caviar from Smallburn Farms. By the French sire Brian she is out of a British Blue x Limousin and was champion at Black Isle and reserve overall champion at Keith Show. She sold on the telephone to the MacPherson family, Oban.
A total of 79 cattle sold to average £1536.58, or £3.52/kg, overall it looks like another healthy trade at the Spectacular.
