Charlie Boden had to wait until late in the sale to get his lambs through the ring here at Carlisle, but that didn’t hamper his trade, with his first, an unnamed Milnbank Special One son selling at 3700gns. He is out of a Mellor Vale Officer daughter.
Then at 3000gns was his second, another by Special One and this time out of a dam by Logie Durno Odds-On.
That’s the end of the selling here today, I’ll bring you the averages as soon as we have them - 226 rams lambs have averaged £1106.97, while 167 shearling rams have leveled at £861.88.
