Here the Blonde judging results from today’s sale in Carlisle. In the females the championship honours went to Gala Felicity from J W Frame (lot 28), this Garngour Tornado daughter is out of Gala Sophy, a Megray Neron daughter.
Reserve female champion was the second prize heifer from the same class, Hillhead Foxtrot (lot 29) from Hillhead Blondes. She is by Sauveur and out of Hillhead Natasha, an Ignace daughter.
Third in this class was Gala Fudge (lot 30), from the Frames. She is by Shapfell Vimto and out of Gala Divine, a Gala Vincent daughter.
In the second class of heifers the winner was Hillhead Glenda (lot 32), another by Saveur she is out of Hillhead Ultraviolet, a Totteridge Nougat daughter. Second to her was Hillhead Gayle (lot 31), a Sauveur daughter out of Hillhead Vanilla, a Palace daughter.
The first bull class of the day was won by Stubbswalden Freddie (lot 4), a Hallmark Boxster son out of Stubbswalden Bluebell, a Stubbswalden Patrick daughter. Second to him was Doncome Flinders (lot 6), a Rodleigh Voyager son out of Doncombe Romany, a Druk Lance daughter and third was Fronfedw Fabien (lot 1).
And the second bull class of the day was won by Shanvally Geryon, a Whistley Dollar son (lot 9), out of Shanvally Amie, a Clarkhill Traveller daughter. Second to him was Hallfield Gonzo (lot 10), a Blackwater Ainsley son out of Hallfield Raindrop, a Ballygowan Noble daughter and in third was Maidenlands Guy (lot 11).
The third class of bulls was won by Lochhead Gavin from Messrs Laird (lot 16), a son of Lochhead Dam Good Bull out of Lochhead Dorris, a Gala Ambassador daughter. Second in this class went to Ramrig Gladiator (lot 21), a Hallfield Destiny son out of Freefield C-Tegan, an Ardmore Principal daughter. And third here was Applejack Gavalar (lot 20).
The final bull class was won by Hilltop Gregory (lot 26), a Hilltop Eric son out of Hilltop Violet, a Kinaston Nyle daughter, standing second to him was Hilltop Giles, a Shapfell Bongo son out of Hilltop Champagne, a Megary Senator daughter and third here was Broomley Gowan (lot 22).
The senior male championship went to Stubbswalden Freddie (lot 4), with Doncombe Flinders in reserve, while the junior male honours were taken by Lochhead Gavin (lot 16), with reserve going to Hilltop Gregory (lot 26).
Overall male champion was Stubbswalden Freddie, with Doncombre Flinders reserve, while the overall show champion was female champion Gala Felicity and reserve was Stubbswalden Freddie.
